Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

this stock has not decided what it wants to do. uppper limit of the bollinger bands are at 11cents, there is major resistance at 12 cents, then some more at 15 cents.

TWO negative TRIANGLES have formed showing a drop to around 2-cents (TWO cents)

YES there could very well be a breakout ++++++ TOP THE DOWNSIDE.
