C$74m is ''meagre cash'' ? You may have a case for a better deal but cash is king in the current market. Is there a PEA or BFS for either of the Temex properties? Without that how can you put a value on your assets? Temex could have been the poor relation in the deal as neither Osisko nor Dundee held shares at the time the talks took place. I'm not sure what I would do if I was a Temex shareholder, but the future without cash looks bleak IMO. Dundee and Osisko have management with an excellent track record, I'd rather I was in with their project and it's economies of scale.

Thats the problem here to many non shareholders trying to tell shareholders to vote for this deal ...I would rather bring in new managemet with some finacing skin in the game like Eric Sprott ...all are leases are in good standing ...open pit permit in the fall and deal with goldcorp to mill ...I think there was 1.6 million in cash left so ...if  we cant get  it done in the fall with a 2 million dollar capex then maybe its really is worth 8 cents  then ... but until I see that or a better deal I will be voting NO !
