SMITHS FALLS, ON, June 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Tweed Marijuana Inc. ("Tweed" or "the Corporation") (TSXV:TWD) has granted an aggregate of 600,000 options to purchase common stock to two officers of the Corporation to be vested in accordance to the terms of the Corporation's Option Plan.

All of the foregoing options shall have an exercise price equal to $1.92 per share, being today's closing price per share on the TSX Venture Exchange.
