we will see.
From what i hear Energulf was very close not to get an extension of the Lotshi license,at last they managed to get it.They are paying an annual fee,several hundred thousand $/year.Why trying so hard and paying if never being able to drill.I think they really would like to drill at least one well,we will know in 1-2 months if they ever will.If not maybe they should try the strategy you are suggesting.
