Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Good chances they will give results after close today. Markets are closed tomorrow so usually voting results are disclosed quite quick after a AGM. If it was not given this morning before open... most probably its because the NR will be accompanied with some more tasty information about the review Process. We will see. Pure speculation from my part. But very probable.
