RE:RE:RE:Energulf Resources NEW Partner Revised Drill TimeIn the case of 1711 one cant blame Energulf.Energulf and Gazania agreed upon a JOA a long time ago.For some reason Namcor is stalling,and Gazania has not signed either.
The reason probably is that the namibians by now probably expected another farmin partner to
buy all or part of Gazania.The namibians are not prepared to pay for the seismic before drilling.
I wonder what will happen if the 4 year work period expires without any activity.If there is justice
Namcor and Gazania should lose all interest due to inactivity and Energulf should get 100% of 1711 but of course that will not happen.I wonder if they will give Energulf a third chance in a new agreement?For any activity to happen maybe they should change the work program requirements that are quite tough.
