RE:RE:which would have been better: a merger with WLC or Orocobre?Doesn't matter which deal one thinks is best , we get what we get , and at this point , anything would be good for LAC stock , especially a change in management.

And there may be other benefits to merging with a company  with operations in Nevada , close to Musks new Lithium Battery Gigafactory.

And we are merging with a company that actually HAS cash flow , they have a profitable drill mud business.

Negotiations with POSCO are ongoing and still good , no reason to think otherwise.
