The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:OMGThats right, but everyone was mad at me for stating the obviously Ingiboy. Yes, i called out all the pumpers, and thats because they hyped all the speculation out of this stock. A few of those same pumpers were here to get retail buyers. There are dozens of small investment funds linked to this company - and that is the problem. 100M+ shares to exit Im sure. ANON keeps the selling pressure. And can you blame them? No drills, no organic growth, no material 2P growth - Management has not delivered, and continue to not deliver - end of story. I should have gotten out at 0.13, and not waited for 0.15, i knew it would be dead money.
