I would say by voting NO ! ... If they do not get the other 122,000,000 + million shares tendered then it really won't matter ... so I am thinking you may have to wait for the meeting ! ...
Temex Shareholders will be asked to approve a special resolution to approve the Temex Arrangement (the "Temex Arrangement Resolution")
