No other options?As this is a clearly unfair deal, is mgmt so desperate to beg a buyer?  

Without this deal, will TME be bankrupt in 3 months???

If it is NOT a good project, why oben wants it?
If it is really a good project, nobody else want it???  

At the end, it is the poor mgmt that should be fired.  IMHO.
