RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Impossible to build Airliner from scratch for 3.4 B'syou are still avoiding the questions, and how do you know what I know or not know on billion dollar capital projects?

The questions that were put forward do not question the CSeries aircraft, but rather the road to where we are now. So please answer the question and stop running around the 787 and their management. Evaluate our program from start to today. Are you satisfied with the way things have been run with Pierre at the helm.

Since you seem so clear and knowledgable on billion dollar projects.
