RE:we're currently paying the price for having 356M shares outAgree.

It's painful on a day when Greece (Read EU monetary system) is failing and going to crash hard.
Could be a new Drakma, I will buy Forex as soon as it is issued as it will be worth NOTHING on open market and has nowhere to go but up.
Gold is up, almost all my Gold stocks are up, except this one which tanked 15% today.

Makes it obvious that there are more sellers than buyers for this "propped up puppet"
Really sad that I didn't get more buys at.075 but that's the way she goes.
MTO comes up for air (0.075) for a breif moment then dives hard underwater as institutional holders sell hard for long long periods of time.

No more good results to come for almost three months now, the next pump advantage will be Sept just before year end results, she will continue to drift lower from now till then as management fails to execute and continues to exaggerate and promise impossibilities.

Watch for a drop in pump articles for the next two months then a sudden resurgence in Sept.

356M shares is a bad joke, do you realize that almost half of those were sold for less than 10 cents. Yet MTO mangement (I use that term loosely) continues to say the net assest value is 0.15? Why would anyone sell themselves short repeatedly if they actually had a value of 0.15 or greater? Just sell the whole operation for cash value (which is 3x current SP according to accoutant Ron who obviously has a very weak understanding of cash accounting) and walk away.

OH THAT'S RIGHT YOU CAN'T BECAUSE IT DOESN'T ACTAULLY HAVE A CASH VALUE!
You are full of BS when you project value, you are just full of hot air and couldn't sell your repeated pat on the back options for a cup of soup in the Val'dor bar.

Not a tough question to answer, they would not.

Nothing more, maybe less.

A project that was "cash flow positive" according to management at $1.17 is still not cash flow positive at 0.06. Makes you think doesn't it. If it doesn't maybe you qualify for this board of directors.
