Wrong again! All the Instos that hold FCU and DML are voting for this deal and not a competing deal. Did you see Gigantaphalic's post? According to FCU mgmt, if they didn't do this they feared CCO would take them UNDER for $1. Wake up and buy some NXE already!


These instos woul likely sell if CCO offered 1.60 - 1.80 per share.
