Agreed Playa- @.17.5 would be the technial breakout signal.

I still think it needs a news related article to announcing
a new government contract to push thru out of the
teensb-but would be very happy interim to see EUO
start basing as a level of new support above .15
and trading between .15 to .18 for a period of time
moving foward ahead of news related to contracts
or possibly even new commercial rollout of
a vertical market app out of their think tanks
and learning Institutes in Isreal.

Like I linked last nite...a $55.44 Billion market sector
in securty, authentication and certification according
to sector watchdogs and industry analysts
by the 2020.

And EURO is well positioned to ba a Major Player.
