I'll second ...
all that is being said. Looks like they have locked down Enbridge as a client as, if I am not mistaken, this is not their first system although is it a large one. I'll also echo everyone's thoughts re: the cheap financing. A bit disappointed about that but doesn't change the fact that we have an absolute "GEM" here folks!
