In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:PNA, 120M shares, And Private PlacementThe deal hasnt been approved by the Petronova shareholders, and as PTA share price tanks, the deal gets less and less enticing. It is PTA management that is the deal maker or breaker, then one has to wonder how excited PNA shareholders are about the the current bunch running PTA.
I do think PTA is getting close to a buy here, its under .10 with the oil prices tanking, they do have cash in the bank at the moment with no debt, and a deal pending.... 
I mentioned STO and CRS  to this board a while back, but of course only get personal attcks from the SA group for even mentioning another stock that has potential for good gains over a short period of time.
STO getting bought out and i am out today at .075 for about a 70% gain overall. SO sitting on some cash wondering where to put it in this stock market environment...
