In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:TAUTACO-1 (LLA-10) will be drilled in Q3 2015With the entire energy sector taking a dive this past 2 months Parex realized they needed to quickly get out some good news as well as their current production.  I would assume that Petroamerica will be doing the same. We need to see a turn around in the production numbers that have been in freefall for over a year. I am sure the management is puzzled by the tepid response by the market to this pending merger.
