..this IMO is the huge tell of BoD incompetence, the fix being in, etc.  RB was incompetent and harming ORT and shareholders and the BoD's knew yet failed miserably to take action...

... i any ORT Director who voted for RB after the damage he caused with complete and appropriate disdain...the fix was in and that is fundamentally unacceptable and disgusting.
