Taking a look at Talbot......I'm done crying about the merger, that seems to be a done deal and now we have to look at what the NEW Solvista actually has...
Talbot has the BEST mineralization grades of any of the properties that LaPierre ever got from Hudbay.
That's apparent in the price that Hudbay asked for the property. I think they have to do over $6 million in work just to get 51%. That's a bunch.
The thing about Talbot is that it has HIGH grades of everything. Copper, zinc, AND gold and silver.Usually you get some highgrade copper and maybe some pretty good zinc but just some credits basically from the precious metals.
With Talbot the average grade on silver and gold is 58g/t silver and 1.9g/t gold. If they could find enough tonnage on those precious metals at grades like that they might have a mine even without the copper and zinc.
SO, the possibilties on a good hole at Talbot could be really exceptional.
