My guess is you were probably one of the investors that got dupped.  You're basing your logic on how it was run with the previous management.

As for why Shawn would join the company, there are legitmiate exectuives out there who relish at the opportunity to turn a company around.  It's not the first time it's happened and it won't be the last.If you are so fearful on their outlook, I suggest not investing in them.
