Like watching paint dry but more laughs..
Recently Moore Stephens filed notices for a Bill of Costs, against all plaintiffs to recover their legal costs, in view of Moore's summary judgment release from the case. The Plaintiffs then filed a appeal to the circuit court to deflect the attempt, and now the clerk has denied the bill of costs issue until the appeals court rules. Reminds me of a fencing match...lunge and parry.. But that's the Puda Case.....In the SEC case they have adequately served Liping Zhu...(newspaper ad) and are going ahead with a "show cause" hearing.. Looks to me like they are wasting time and money to chase a ghost.. But that is what they do...
