I agree Lan. The Arturo coming on is good news. but for my money, the Hardrock play is key. With CG as partner, I think this will be the sleeper in the equation. It's anybody's guess where the bottom is right now, wish I had more cash to average down, but green fees have to be paid first! Priorities! lol
