Two Questions

Two QuestionsThe first - Management was hired and given an appropriate salary to manage a 344 million dollar company...I wonder how much would/should/is the salary to run a 20 million dollar company??

the Second

If we assume a company's worth is a function of money in the bank, physical assets and management acumen - then given that WEQ still has almost 22 million in the bank (and of course I am assuming that its not a Greek Bank we are using) and the assets (buildings equipment etc still have some value - lets say for argument;s sake 75 million dollars then managent must be bringing to the table a net value of NEGATIVE 76 million dollars.  I can's make the A + B + C = D work out any other way - perhaps I am missing a key feature here?

Cheers
