The Funds primary investment objective is high current income. The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. RE:RE:New SA article on PTA and Value Digger's Commentwow!!! Mouserman, the typical smart a$$ shows up again but he does not promote INA.V this time....

fyi, it is naive and foolish to believe that you can buy PTA AFTER the reverse split at a lower than the current price. MANY stocks have RISEN AFTER a reverse split leaving the retail investors out, because several positive CATALYSTS that are NOT CONTROLLED by any retail investor have pushed these stocks higher. Keep also in mind that the market CAN HEAR you and will NEVER do what you want it to do.

I will also complete Value Digger's comment about the big picture that numerous retail investors clearly fail to realize by presenting a bigger list with the energy companies that have reached new lows lately because of the drop in oil. This big picture is the main reason why PTA dropped lately. This is a bigger list with the energy names that made new lows recently:

SN, MILL, GPOR, CWEI, PQ, EOX, SFY, ESCR, EXXI, SD, MHR, GDP, ZAZA, MPO, USEG, CRK, AXAS, MCF, PVA, ESTE, WTI, UNT, UPL, TPLM, WRES, BCEI, SGY, NOG, TCW.T, CFW.T, RMP.T, WEQ.T, GXE.T, LVL.V, CNE.T, CQE.T, CKE.T, TVE.V, SGL.T, BXE, BXE.T, LRE.T etc. etc.
