It's what they do as in earmark the cash for-that will matter most to the market as the earnings reported from sale will be a one off item...it will look good on paper when reported but will not repeat itself-however other asset sales are pending so they will get another kicker in cash in that regard-but its going to be operational numbers from core asset(s) that the market and investors will tune it long term speaking-short term? anything in that regard can and often happens.
