While I don't disagree that perhaps heads should roll, we must bear in mind that we have only 20 million in the bank, and if Westernone is like any other comapny (Nortel/Laidlaw/ etc etc) the "golden habdshake" that will be required to let some of these folks go will, in all likelihood, eat up a large percentage of that bank balance.

In our "New Capitalistic" system we reward even those who drop the ball handsomely and if they really make a mess of things we give them even more money to make them go away.  So what if they can't get another job - with millions in their pocket I doubt they really care. The younger they mess up - the sooner "freedon 55" comes - for the rest of us - well we have to earn our own way through good, rather than horrendous, service.
