Exactly - This Was a $23 company.
Times change and this is now a different oil price environment.
You are right oil will recover but When is the question. 2017 or 2020??

Maybe the proxy companies have a plan. 
I still wonder who paid them for their no recommendation.
The ball is now in O'Hara's court but they are still not saying what their plan is.
All they ever said was to vote no. Which was not much and people followed them.
I still don't get how that was possible. To top it off all the analysts were saying take the deal.

Big egos involved here and us retail investors are just road kill as far as both Alfa and O'Hara are concerned.

Will these 2 groups plus management really be able to work together to add shareholder value?
That is a very big question.

You are however right about one thing and that is Good Luck
We are going to need it.
