RE:RE:RE:RE:The $5.00 nickel?Per Wikipedia et al: Helms-Burton act penalizes foreign companies allegedly "trafficking" in property formerly owned by U.S. citizens (or Cubans that have since become US citizens). And it will take an act of congress to repeal it. If S is even alleged to be trafficking in such property, this a hurdle for S trading in the US. Still, they are moving in the right direction on this. Repeal is a real possibility down the road. I think the greater barrier for the SP is that even with a 5% pop in Ni price today, we're still at $5.20/lb. Profitable operations require another 5% pop or two. -GLTA
