RE:RE:HC delay in TLC-2000 approval...Has anyone ever tried to get a hold of a govt employee ( prov or fed) in the summer? Ever get their voicemail? Ever heard" I'll be out of the office till such and such a day" ? It boils down to a handful or perhaps even one govt person that needs to sign off on this approval ? There is your delay. Lol.
