RE:Market Does not Like It....

RE:Market Does not Like It....don t think their first concern is to regain investor confidence or boost selling price...they want to build larger company for the long haul..using times of weakness to swallow weaker players....they had 3.6$ billion in long debt at march 31 2015..then added 964$ million with legacy buy...raised 660$ million from bought deal...now they are reloading with this prospectus..they could buy another big company..if oil recovers they get improved cash flow..if pushed by circumstances like an oil price drop they could cut dividend and depend on more efficency to improve cash flow...all this done with the goal of creating a much larger oil company with large drilling prospects ahead of it......holding 5300 cpg @36.93 since 6 yrs...good hunting to all
