Dilution againCPG seems to dilute its shares on a regular basis more than any company I know. Shareholders are told its for a good cause: growth. Well, the yield and the stock price down 17+% from the last stock issuance are saying something else. In spite of the street's lofty price targets and favourable view, CPG has treated its shareholders badly. A reduction in the dividend combined with a stock buyback would be great news but it will never happen ..I can't blame the sellers; CPG is not defending shareholder value.
