What an utterly stupid, ridiculous, and pointless statement. The market hasn't liked DML for a while now, and FCU has tied their horse to a broken down wagon. Without another bidder, FCU is dead money, and the chances of shareholders rejecting this "merger" go up every day.
You hit the nail on the head. First, the likelyhood of another bidder is not good as Dev has already shopped the company, Second, FCU is widely held. Chances are retail won't bother to vote. No doubt Hochstein will be awarding himself a huge bonus for landing FCU....best move appears to be to vote with your feet and move over to NXE.....
