Fission Uranium Corp. is a Canada-based uranium company and the owner/developer of the high-grade, near-surface Triple R uranium deposit. The Company is the 100% owner of the Patterson Lake South uranium property. Its Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, which hosts the Triple R deposit, a large, high-grade and near-surface uranium deposit that occurs within a 3.18 kilometers (km) mineralized trend along the Patterson Lake Conductive Corridor. The property comprises over 17 contiguous claims totaling 31,039 hectares and is located geographically in the south-west margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. Additionally, the Company has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling approximately 11,148-hectares and the La Rocque property comprising two claims totaling over 959 hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. The La Rocque property is prospective for high-grade uranium and is located five km south of Cameco’s La Rocque Uranium Zone.

RE:RE: AinsworthGreat points and I agree with them.  I guess the part for me was that he was willing to put so much money into this play before they hit anything with the drills.  

Doesn't mean I'm not still seeing massive upside to this project.  I also used to be invested in dml and I think it is grossly undervalued; however, the only way this works out well for us is if uranium price goes way up and all the sudden the African plays and deep non basement rock deposits become really economic.  It would be interesting to know what price uranium has to get to for this deal to turn in favour for FCU shareholders.  I would haward a guess in the 75-80 range all of the sudden dml has way more total pounds and we in fact benefit from this transaction.  I really dislike Dev as a person but there are many reasons why the deal is not as terrible as I first thought.  I'm ok with paying 14 million if someone came through with a great offer.  I just hope if the PEA really knocks it out of the park and we get a large boost in share price this gets voted down.
