RE:RE:RE:merger numbersI don't think we had a honest concerted effort by our previous management to get a CEO with tungsten mining experience. Goodman wanted preferred shares with voting rights. Each of our management has tried several attempts to screw us out of our shares and I don't see this new management is any different.  The only thing that has saved us thus far is the fact that we have the right to vote and voting NO.
