Wolfram, according to your own words, you said that both Wol and All approx the same size. If ALL stock price today is approx $0.70 and lets assume they go to a dollar (without Wof ownership). Then the best we can expect is $2 if they merge with Wof.

Secondly, sure the ALL float of shares would increase after the merger, but with ALL share buyback program in effect, where is the opportunity for share price appreciation as the shares will evenually again be thinly traded. You are dreaming if you think ALL will go to $10/share.
