RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Excellent article re potash impact on futureHello mdj, between the slides they presented and comments on the webcast (still available on KRN website but GSFC’s slides are not, but the recording is verbatim), Robin did start by referring to them about underwriting the project. My comments are the result of information extrapolated from Robin.  The 7 months is the framework he refers to and providing them the information they require as he progresses and that GSFC will be looking at the magnesium. While doing his testing, he seems to be working on the magnesium option on the understanding if they are looking at the Magnesium through the pilot plant unless he gets other investors. He also indicates people are the project data as serious investors. Been hearing that for a while.

The funding comes with issuing special shares and there are control issues to protect their investment.  It is done with the intent to protect shareholder dilution and would secure the full amount. Again there are many conditions that could apply, but the day they say here we go and this is how it will look is the day new investors will take KRN seriously.  There are some inconsistencies between who you talk to and suggest you listen closely to everything being said and speak with Robin to make your own opinion.   Based on the GSFC press release, I expect they will come with something formal to the shareholders.

There are comments that are not always similar and about to get into but if ever you want to speak drop me a note on the Stockhouse email.
