If that was the case I could not see any reason any shareholder of Columbus Copper would agree
to this deal.
Columbus Copper now owns a chromite license and probably in near future will have a production sharing agreement regarding an oil expolration license with I think 18 million outstanding shares.
After a deal with Energulf(if both Lotshi and 1711 dead)they would have the same but now with
over 90 million outstanding shares.
