RE:Drilling LotshiRemember in 2012 when Energulf issued a pp for 18 million $ to finance drilling three wells at Lotshi.In hindsight it was not very realistic they would fill that pp.Maybe it more was a move to show activity to the Congolese government?
Anyway as the last chance for Lotshi I think they will try a pp again.
