Their Compensation Elements!!!!!
- base salary
- annual incentive plan, consisting of a cash bonus
- grant of stockoptions
- a.o.

yeah, they do need an annual cash bonus!!!!!....based on what???? $5,000 revenue in a quarter!!!!!
