James, you sound like a well rounded business man, successful as well, so I only wish you well and hope your crystal ball comes thru with this one, and not a miss.

I've been retired for 4 years now, retired at 55, so like you, I have many hands in business as well, some retail and some importing after a career in higher education.

No one knows for sure if this will be home run, either as a working mine with SH or as buyout with a healthy return coming our way in the nearish future. This one is still a baby in so many ways, but in some ways SO close to confirming a great find, maybe the greatest in Canada.  Time and patience is needed here in droves, so relax and hope for the best...do your own DD, educate yourself and pray a little cant hurt.
