Partnership, buyout or financing...

Partnership, buyout or financing...There is definitely a good reason they pulled the prospectus. What that reason is we should find out when we are halted in the next 2 weeks. I like the idea of them signing a partnership deal for EU or another jurisdiction and getting enough to make it thru any delays and save the big kahuna US partnership for post approval. The amount a company will have to pay with an approval in hand is likely 150-200+ million and we give up only 50% of revenue, whereas now it might be 50mm up front and 60% or 70%. I say sign the smaller partnership deal, send our SP well over the .40 mark and bring the warrants into play by end of September. Then there is minimal dilution and a chance for a huge cut for Telesta for the North American market once FDA approves our submission. Giddy up Doc.
