Thanks Jacek99, I know about that case, that is Internatioal, but they also had an appeal slated within Kenya that was to take place July 13, 2015.  It was more concerned with getting the property back from the government and in my mind, is more directly associated with the shareholders that bought based on this fantasitc deposit.  i am pretty sure it was going to be heard yesterday.  The case cited above is an International Tribunal and is about suing the government for compensation, not for the land rigthts, that is my understanding of the two proceedings.

But if you find more or set me straight, that woudl be greatly appreciated.  I think if we look back in the chats there are some that refer to the July 13 date.
