RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Vote on the 27th of July?Confirming this is the same as what FCU IR said yesterday in a phone call, that only the proxy forms were sent out.
quakes99 wrote: Hi letsgetready.  I called Fission this morning and spoke to Tyler in IR.  He told me that the Proxy Voting Forms and materials are on the way and I should be receiving them in the next few days.  He said the Meeting Date has been set for early October, but the Proxy Voting deadline has been set for July 27th.  He said that the proxy votes would then be held aside and tabulated while legal issues regarding the proposed merger work their way through the courts.   The tabulated proxy votes would then be submitted to the October meeting for the final count.

It didn't sound quite right to me but that was what he said.

As you have more experience with these situations than most of us, I suggest you call Fission, ask for Tyler, and see if you can get more clarity.   You would know better what questions to ask.  I understand that Bob and Rich are out of the office so Tyler is the one responding to calls regarding the merger.  Call Toll Free: 1-877-868-8140.
