I'm actually surprised that SGY's netbacks are not much better than TBE's. SGY also has a ton of debt from what I can remember, more than TBE. But the SGY assets are undoubtedly superior. So you look at SGY's valuation, chop a bit off, and you have a target for TBE. I could agree that $50,000 /boe is reasonable until oil is closer to $80
