Funny how earnings  results come out the day before the meeting vote and after the proxy voting expires .... typical games .. keep evryone in the dark so we cnat make an informed decision. why else would this be done

unfortunately i think its time to remove the management . we need a better recapitalization deal so we dont get liquidated to zero.  vote no.

we can wax poetic and pontificate about infrastructure blah blah blah  but in the end the management team makes the decisions.
