"Gianulis`s Carelton asset manegement fund is a significant share holder in all of the companies in Columbus Group and in Energulf.Robert Giustra also owns quite a lot of shares.He owns a couple of million shares in Columbus Copper and if the deal goes through as planned he will soon own shares in Energulf.Maybe he could have an interest in increasing the amount of shares in Energulf in a similar way to the other companies in Columbus Group."
