RE:RE:NamibiaThis is more interesting than I initially thought.After som research its clear that Tower has been negotiating with the Namibian government regarding this new license.
The only available license the Namibians are holding a majority of would be 1711 since Gazania most likely is a shelf company set up by the Namibian government.
