RE:RE:Here's what I cannot get out of my head--If this is all part of a bigger plan/wrap-up deal, then shouldn't Dev try to convince the FCU shareholders a bit more of voting yes, and why? IF a deal was in the works, and it was favorable, wouldn't he use EVERY single argument known to men in order to convince everyone to vote yes?

IF a deal was being constructed, wouldn't it help to share (or leak) information about this, so that shareprice will rise and negotation position is stronger (i.e. able to ask a higher price) ?
