Personally, i don't recall that quote, could you point out where he said that, i don't know how i could have missed something so glaringly indicative of "damage control speak"... But if Dev is keeping his hand close to his chest, out of necessity, and he wants to give us a tell without telling us,, then i say show us by supporting the SP and buying a few on the open market.. how about  say,...40k worth!..:).

Hello Flemings, In the most recent conference call Dev answers some questions from "the audience". A man here asks why to do this merger now and not wait for the PEA. Dev replies.
