From the beginning I have maintained that the transaction is non dilutive.

It was bluefin who correctly pointed this out early on, but it mostly fell on deaf ears.

  I have not wavered once in stating that the deal was non dilutive. In fact it was you, who back peddled when you said :

"What was not diluted was the KWH.Un unit holders interest in the revenues received, on a per unit basis, from LLC due to a relatively proportionate acquisition of more LLC units."

these are your own words... there you said it.. only after my posts.
